The Transformation Package is made up of three 75-minute energy coaching sessions to release the past and rebirth yourself into a new way of life.

* Step into a gateway of new creative possibilities in your life.

In each session, we are working on the level of energy, vibration and sound. Your intention for personal growth informs the experience. As an energetically sensitive individual, I guide you through your body’s somatic awareness to address where stuck energies are held. I use my singing and tuning fork frequencies to help you release the stuck energy and guide you into your intuitive awareness to find creative solutions to your problems.

At the end of each session, we discuss ways that you can integrate your experience and an action plan to keep moving forward on your journey. If it is relevant, I may suggest integrative medicine resources - including herbal tea, self-acupressure, phototherapy patches and/or dietary support.

Please come to the session hydrated and with a clear intention for your Energy Coaching Session. :) I recommend creating a cozy, comfortable space for your experience. Bring a notebook in case you wish to write down your insights. You are welcome to record and relisten to the session.

Choose your week 1 session date and time, and we will schedule the following two sessions within a 30-day period after your first session. You will receive a Zoom link via email after booking.
