This is for past students of my 8 or 6 Week Shadow Work Course.

We can discuss how regular your practice is, and then tailor a refresher course to the number of weeks we think you need to fully reconnect you, or take you much deeper into this work.

In the refresher we work on bringing you deeper into the practice of integrating difficult emotions but also negating identification with the mind.

The call will take place as an unrecorded Zoom phone call or video call.
