To schedule your appointment, please select a time that fits your availability. After choosing a time, you’ll be prompted to complete an intake form. Be sure to fill out all required fields and click "Book Event" to finalize your booking. Once submitted, you'll be redirected to a booking confirmation page.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment time. You have the option to cancel or reschedule directly from your confirmation email. You will receive 2 reminder emails within 24 hours of your session. For any questions related to scheduling, feel free to reach out to me by email at diannewilson@suitedtoreign.com.

If you do not attend the session and fail to provide notice at least 24 hours in advance, you will lose access to future sessions.

We understand that emergencies can occur. Valid emergencies include, but are not limited to, sudden illness or injury, motor vehicle collisions, family emergencies, unexpected work commitments or an extraordinary event that prevented you from attendance. If you experience a valid emergency or make a reasonable effort to address scheduling issues, please contact me via email as soon as possible to discuss the possibility of rescheduling.

Please Note: Issues such as internet problems, traffic jams, missed alarms, delays from prior meetings, or any issue resulting from poor time management and preparation will not be considered valid exceptions.
