This mentorship is best suited for those who are currently in a project manager role, and looking for an unbiased perspective outside of their organization.
This mentorship program costs $0. To apply, book a discovery call using this page and answer the questions thoroughly. The discovery call is an opportunity to get to know each other a bit, see if we vibe, and answer any questions. Afterwards, you will be notified if you're accepted into the program.

Meet your mentor
My name is Susan Lee and I've been PMP certified for almost six years.
I've utilized project management across multiple industries from education, tech, to entrepreneurship for over fifteen years.
I currently run a career coaching business called Hey Ms. Lee LLC, and this mentorship program is one of the ways I give back.
What's unique about me:
- I was born and raised in Philly, but lived around the world.
- I was a military spouse for 8 years.
- I had my first baby at 36 years old.
- I work primarily (but not exclusively) with mid-to-senior-level professional women.
- I'm the creator of the better work newsletter; a personal approach to professional development. I weave stories and strategies for the practical professional who cares deeply about their personal growth.
