Hi, I’m Stacy Antos – Self-Care Strategist for Women
I support midlife women who are tired of running on empty and ready to build self-care routines that feel realistic, grounding, and personal. If you’ve been trying to hold everything together and still feel stretched thin, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate this season by yourself.
With 20+ years of experience leading and developing people, along with my Master Health Coach training, I guide women using practical, science-based methods that make self-care feel doable in everyday life. My approach blends goal setting, habit building, and compassionate guidance to help you create routines that support who you are now—not who you “used to be.”

Outside of this work, you’ll often find me walking at Lake Junaluska or working out with FiA Waynesville. I love slow mornings, simple routines, and the kind of movement that feels good for both body and mind.
