Hi, I’m Stacy Antos — Self-Care Strategist.
I work with women who are juggling a lot and noticing that their routines no longer support their energy, health, or overall well-being. My focus is on the three pillars—sleep and recovery, nutrition, and movement—as daily habits that build strength, sustain energy, and help you feel capable in your own body.
Before becoming a master certified health coach, I spent over 20 years leading and developing retail teams, creating systems and accountability that produced results. My personal wellness journey inspired me to shift to coaching women, bringing the same structured approach—with compassion and practical guidance—to help you create routines that actually fit your life.
I emphasize quality over quantity and small, manageable steps that add up over time, so you make progress without adding more to your plate.

Act – Take intentional steps on what matters most right now.
Refine – Adjust the routines that need tweaking to better fit your life and goals.
Elevate – Grow and strengthen the habits that are ready to support you at a higher level.
This process is cyclical, not one-and-done. As your life changes, you’ll return to CARE again and again—checking in, taking action, refining, and elevating—so your routines continue to evolve with you. Over time, this builds practical self-trust and a strong, flexible foundation that keeps your daily habits working for you.
