📆 Attending: We use Zoom to communicate. You will get a link after booking. On your meeting day and time, launch the program or click the link provided. You can also check your calendar for the link if you added it to your calendar on the next page.

🎥 Recordings: These are private and will not be shared unless you give permission. They are sent by email within 48 hours.

❌ Cancellations or emergencies? If you need to cancel or reschedule you can do it directly from your email or booking page. If you can't find it, just email us through the website, or text or call (904) 774-2323. If I have an emergency, I will email you or text/call you.
