This high-energy, interactive camp that is is designed to help pre-teens and young teens develop confidence, leadership skills, and teamwork abilities in a fun and engaging way. Through hands-on activities, role-playing, and leadership challenges, participants will learn how to step up, speak up, and take action.

Day 1: Discovering the Leader Within - Understanding Me

Day 2: Communicating Like a Leader - Speaking Clearly and with Influence

Day 3: Problem-Solving, Making Decisions & Resilience

Day 4: A mini Kintsugi Workshop (focusing on resilience) & The power of teamwork

Day 5: – Taking Action 

By the end of the camp, they’ll feel more capable, more confident, and ready to take on leadership roles wherever they go.
