Mental wellness and resilience are just as important as academic success. This is not just in relation to academics, but to relationships as well. This 5-day full-day camp helps kids develop emotional strength, mindfulness, stress management techniques, and healthy habits in a fun, interactive way. Through engaging activities, movement, mindfulness exercises, and team-based challenges, kids will learn how to manage emotions, build confidence, and take care of their mental and physical well-being.Each day focuses on a different pillar of mental wellness, incorporating games, discussions, hands-on activities, and movement to make learning fun and engaging!
Day 1: Mindfulness & Managing Big Emotions. We talk about relationships - with family and friends.
Day 2: Building Resilience – How to Handle Challenges. This include friendship challenges.
Day 3: Stress Busters – How to Handle Worries & Tough Days
Day 4: The Power of Health & Exercise (Sports-Focused Day) – Note this day may include half a day at a sports venue
Day 5: Self-Love & Confidence – Believing in yourself
