In this portrait photography session, we want to capture you at your best. Whether you’re looking for professional headshots or creative portraits, we’ll work with you to create timeless images.
Expected Session Duration:
1-2 hours
Upon a successful booking:
We'll reach out to you, via WhatsApp or a call, to confirm the successful booking and to make sure the session suits your needs.

Your Part
All you need to do is:
- Arrive on time and ready to shine!
- Share any specific ideas or requests with us before the shoot.
What’s Not Included
- Special location permits (/if required).
- Wardrobe, props, and hair & make up
- Extensive edits or photo manipulations beyond professional touch-ups.
What to expect
During the session, you’ll be guided throughout the process to make sure you’re comfortable and confident. Here’s what you can expect:
- Friendly direction on posing to capture your best angles naturally.
- We’ll take a mix of close-ups, full-body shots, and maybe a few candid moments to give you a variety of options.
After the session, the best shots will be edited. Edits include:
- Adjustments to lighting and colour to make the photos pop.
- Optional touch-ups for skin or blemishes, if needed.
- Final polishing to ensure each image looks professional and stunning.
Your Final Images
Once everything’s ready, you’ll receive high-resolution digital copies of your final photos. You’ll receive your edited images within 1-2 weeks after the shoot.

$50 Fee
This fee helps cover transportation for the crew and equipment to your chosen location. To secure your session, your payment is required. After selecting your slot, you will be prompted to make payment through PayPal.
- Payment: Customers will be charged upon initiation of booking but it does not mean that the booking has been confirmed.
- Confirmation: Once your booking has been approved by us, you will be informed via email and our representative will reach out to you via WhatsApp.
- Refund Policy: If your booking is cancelled by us, your payment will be wholly refunded within 3 days via PayNow or Giro. If you cancel or reschedule a media production service, the following terms apply:
- Before 24 Hours of Service: You will receive a full refund minus a 3.9% PayPal processing fee, if booked through TidyCal, and other fees for production related expenses such as, but not limited to, equipment rental, studio rental, transportation fees, entry fees, studio rental, and other fees incurred in relation to the production.
- Within 24 Hours of Service and during the service: The fee for production will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
We encourage clients to reschedule services early and reschedule instead of cancelling to avoid the loss of the PayPal processing fee and fees induced in relation to the production. Refund terms may also be subject to the specific terms outlined in your invoice.
