A virtual mentorship is a highly customizable program that allows you to choose what you would like to focus on as a professional dog trainer or aspiring dog trainer.
While everyone's mentorship looks a little different, here are the most common ways that I help other dog trainers and aspiring dog trainers:
- Business Optimization
- Website Review
- Client materials (workbooks, handouts, worksheets, etc)
- Customer journey (onboarding process, sales calls, contracts, etc)
- Training program revamp (progression of the dogs, educating clients, how to structure Midway and/or Go Home Sessions, etc)
- Social Media Strategy
- Optimize your social media profiles for conversion
- Discuss strategies for growth
- Review + Feedback of training sessions with dogs
- Send videos of pet dog training with client dogs or your own dogs for review and feedback 1:1
- Dog training theory and methodology sessions
- Discuss the intricacies of dog training theory to better understand and mentally reflect on what you believe to know about dog training
- Train the Trainers
- In-person seminars to teach your staff how to optimize training sessions with dogs, client education, safety, and more
- In-person business consulting
- In-person business evaluation of current business SOPs, training programs and optimization across the board
- Course Creation
- Development and implementation to create your own online course (for clients or for 'passive income')
- Guidance and help in developing your course outline, video shot list, hosting, etc
Here's how the program works:
- Book an initial meet-and-greet consultation call. We will discuss what you currently want and need in a mentor
- If we are a good fit for each other, we will develop a virtual mentorship agreement based on what we discussed during our call:
- 1 month
- 3 months
- 6 months
- You will be provided a private and personal booking link that has direct access to my calendar so that you may book a call directly onto my calendar for 60-minute increments at a time whenever you want as long as I have an open time on my calendar as well
- We will then meet 1:1 to discuss your objectives
Pricing is based on your goals, wants, and needs. After this initial meet and greet call I will send over a contract proposal (*note: an hourly rate will not be more than $100/hr)
If you need guidance, reassurance, validation, direction, feedback or optimization in your journey as a professional dog trainer, a virtual mentorship may be just the thing that can take you from good to great.

Warmly,
