The Core-Foundation one to one bookings with Seque

Here is the page to book your one to one session with Seque.

Choose a time and day that you know that you will be available.

On this day you will need a Private Safe, Warm and cosy Indoor Space.

A good internet connection.

A device with power source to use Zoom for a Live Call.

Please be aware as you book that there is an admin charge for a change of appointment, if it is within 48 hours of the session ( £15), If changing an appointment within 24 hours the charge for rebooking a missed appointment applies (as below).

There is a charge for rebooking a missed appointment (£ 125).

There is awareness of potential internet difficulties. Please do your best to be prepared. I also send meditations to support you in a case that we do get cut off. If the internet is problematic my end, or if for any reason I cannot meet the appointment, there will be a free rescedule.
