This package includes an in-depth 90 min intake session, personalized protocol and two 45 min follow up sessions for 3 months of ongoing health support.

Please select a date for your intake session. After booking you'll receive an email with intake forms to be filled out and returned at least 48 hrs before we meet. Following each meeting you'll receive a link to book your next 45 min follow up, typically scheduled every 4-6 weeks after your initial session.
