You will be held in a deeply sacred container as we use the power of conscious connected breathing to work on unpeeling the layers of limiting beliefs, traumas and memories that have been keeping you in fear and stopping you from stepping into your shine!
Through the power of using the breath in a connected circular way, that is, without pausing between the inhale and exhale, a flow of energy is created in the body. This energy flow allows for the release of stuck or stagnant negative emotions which have remained stored in the cellular memory of the body. This deep journey brings you to a deep state of bliss, clarity and understanding about yourself or specific issues you are facing.
It is an ongoing transformative journey, which helps you master your mind, body and soul, allowing you to achieve a state of bliss through release, cultivating safety in your body, clarity and abundance in your daily life.

To prepare for this session you will need:
What you need to bring for the sessions!
- A water bottle
- Journal and a pen
- a comfortable space to lie down- a bed or a yoga mat.
- extra layers in case you get cold- you can experience body temperature changes with breathwork.
- no food for 2 hours prior to the session
- No caffeine at least 24 hours in advance of the session
If you choose to participate in 12 breathwork journeys with me, there is a package which works out at £165 a session.

Thank you for your interest in receiving Shamanic Healing!
These beautiful ceremonies can help you to:

The session will begin with an initial discussion about any issues you're currently experiencing and what prayers/intentions (the focus of what you'd like out of the session) you may have.
During the session, you will be preferably be laying down (or however is most comfortable for you) with headphones on in a quiet space where you will not be disturbed.
I will then carry out the healing by connecting with you and channeling healing energies, singing medicine (healing) songs, using sound/instruments and/or guided journeying.
During this time you will likely feel a sense of deep relaxation and may have a shamanic journey type experience which can include: emotional release, entering a dream like state, seeing visuals and/or memories, having realisations/insights, feeling like you may have "gone somewhere else" in your mind, meeting with guides/spirit animals etc
We will finish off by gently coming back to the space; I will share any insights I may have received and there will also be space for you to share about your experience if it feels appropriate for you 🙏🏼.
All sessions will be held in utmost integrity and confidentiality.
