Hello, I'm Mary, and welcome to The Balanced Sole.

I created this holistic healing space as somewhere you can pause, breathe and simply be. A place where you can relax, de-stress, restore your energy and reconnect with yourself.

I'm a mum to two beautiful girls, a pharmacist, and a holistic therapist. I feel incredibly grateful that my journey has allowed me to blend my healthcare background with my passion for holistic wellbeing, caring for each person as a whole.

I believe true wellbeing comes from looking beyond physical symptoms. Our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing are deeply connected, and when one is out of balance, the others often feel it too.

Every treatment I offer is guided by this belief. I work intuitively, tailoring each session to the individual sitting in front of me. No two treatments are ever the same, because no two people are the same. My intention is to create a safe, nurturing space where you feel heard, supported and deeply cared for.

Packages of 3, 6 or 12 sessions are available for those wishing to make wellbeing a regular part of their self-care journey.

I am a registered member of the Irish Reflexologists' Institute of Ireland. Depending on your health insurance policy, you may be eligible to claim a partial refund for reflexology treatments.

Payment: Cash and card accepted.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
