The session starts on land then moves to water and will teach you the necessary skills to unlock downwind foiling. It runs for roughly 1 hour. For more comprehensive sessions, including video review please book privates/group lessons. This clinic is for complete beginners through to more competent foilers so we can all work together and crack the code of the paddle ups and get more efficient at our pumping technique.
