Cooking Class

Cooking Classes are virtual, one-to-one, 90-minute appointments. Classes include handouts and recipes as appropriate for each class type. Classes can be either demonstration or cook-along style. If you wish to cook-along with Mira a supply list will be provided in advance. Cooking classes can be booked as individual or group appointments.

VIP Day

VIP Consultations visits are virtual, one-to-one, 4-hour appointments with two 15-minute breaks . After your VIP Day deep dive you will receive an individualized follow-up report which will include resources and other documentation as needed.
