Session Preparation & Details

Location & Format: Sessions are held online or in person depending on location and availability. Specific details and links will be confirmed after booking.

Documentation & Waiver: Prior to any paid session, please review and sign the Terms and Conditions & Liability Waiver digitally or via printed scan. Completing this step in advance saves time during your session.

Payment, Rescheduling & Financial Options

Deposits & Balances: All paid sessions require a small non refundable deposit at booking to hold your time. The remaining balance is due at the time of the session or event.

Payment Discounts: Discounts are available for clients paying with Physical Cash or selecting Friends & Family transfers via Venmo or PayPal.

Financial Accommodations: If standard rates present a barrier, payment plans, pay what you can options, or appropriate service/item exchanges can be considered on a case by case basis. Please schedule a free Discovery Call to discuss an arrangement.

Client Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice. Your deposit will transfer directly to your new scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or non attendance forfeit the deposit.

Practitioner Rescheduling: If I must reschedule due to an emergency or scheduling conflict, I will contact you as soon as possible via your preferred contact method (text or email) to reschedule. In those instances, your deposit for the next session will be waived, and you will receive a complimentary 30 minute credit that you can use or pass along to someone else.
