This is a Zoom video call. Although the allotted time is 1 hour, please try to free up the next 30 minutes as well so we have enough room to discuss things that may have come up during the session.

During the healing session, we will start in a meditation state and I will guide you to breathe with me. Should you have any questions in the middle of the session regarding the sensations or feelings that you may encounter, feel free to raise it up if it bothers and keep you off from the meditation.

You may feel warmth, coldness, tingling, pulses, or a sense of an energy flow that enters your whole or specific parts of the body. You may also cry, burp, or fart. You may also feel nothing at all. All of these are normal. Whether you felt a lot, something, or nothing, rest assured that the healing energy was sent and absorbed by your energetic field
