Reiki healing is a method of energy work, with its roots in Japan, that activates the energy system to remove stagnation and stimulates the body’s inherent ability to heal. Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. During a Reiki session, the Reiki practitioner acts as a vessel or channel for the healing energy to come through their hands. This technique can be done remotely and is as powerful as an in-person session.

Reiki Healing is hands-on energy work that help's the client to activate their inner healer. An hour session can be broken down into 2 - 30min sessions.

**In-Person Reiki Session**

1 hour @ $140.00

AIl in-person Reiki healing sessions will take place in a space here in Brooklyn.

**Remote Reiki Session (Package of 3)**

3 hours @ $220.00

Multiple sessions allow for greater support at a lower price. Option to get (3) one-hour sessions, (6) 30-min sessions or a combination of both.
