  • Comprehensive assessment (includes assessment work prior to the actual consultation date via an intake form*)

*The link to the intake form will be automatically sent to you by email after booking. Please ensure to complete it at least 3 days before your first consultation.

Longevity Test

What's Included (Longevity Test):
  • 60 to 90 min consultation*
  • Comprehensive physical assessment test - 21 exercises in total (measures all age-base capabilities from muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance / VO2 max, balance, flexibility, as well as body asymmetries)
  • Baseline measurements including body fat %
  • Test result PDF
  • Follow-up consultation and personal plan on nutrition, physiotherapy, and physical training

*Test duration varies; dependant also on selection of cardiovascular endurance test

What you can expect from completing this test:
  • A better understanding and awareness of;
  1. Where you currently stand for your age group;
  2. What imbalances or areas to strengthen and work on;
  3. How to reinforce weak points
  • Test your physical capabilities and have fun!

Booking Process:
  1. Select a date and time
  2. Choose which cardiovascular endurance test you would like to do:
  3. 3-minute Step Test (shortest option; does not measure VO2 max)
  4. 12-minute Cooper Test Cycling (with additional warm-up and cool-down time)
  5. 12-minute Cooper Test Running (with additional warm-up and cool-down time)
  6. Payment
  7. Confirmation (you will receive an automated email confirmation with link to a document including a short health screening questionnaire and informed consent & liability waiver)
