The follow up consultation will typically be scheduled at the end of the initial consultation, often 3-4 weeks later. This is a chance to meet and check in on progress or challenges that may be experienced as a result of the initial recommendations. This is for you to understand fully how your choices affect your health & life. This is also our chance to fine-tune your program to enhance results, or to better fit your lifestyle. You will be provided with further recommendations tailored to you. This session will be approximately 1hr.
