INITIAL ASSESSMENT

BOOKING

All sessions must be booked at least 18 hours in advance. Same-day requests cannot be guaranteed.

TARDINESS

A 10-minute grace period is given at the start of each session. After 10 minutes, the session is forfeited and the full fee is due. If you arrive with the 10-min window, the session will not be extended to make up lost time.

CANCELLATIONS

All sessions are prepaid and non-refundable. However, reschedules are welcome with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows are not eligible for a reschedule.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of booking. Sessions will not be held for accounts with an outstanding balance.

COMMUNICATION

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response outside of session hours. Progress updates will be shared regularly throughout our time together.
