Tumbling
Beginners - rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges
Intermediates - handstand to roll, back roll to plank, handstand to bridge, front limbers, kickovers, back bends, walkovers, round offs, back handsprings, front handsprings.
Advanced - Round off to back handspring, combo handsprings, tuck saltos, pike saltos, layouts, aerials, twists.
Bars
Beginners - L hang/swing, pull overs, low casts, back hip circle, toe touches, candlestick hold.
Intermediates - candle shoots, horizontal casts, double back hip circles, front hip circles, kip drills, undershoots, squat on.
Advanced - kip, clear hips, cast handstand, sole circle, pirouette.
Beam
Beginners - releve walks, coupe walks, straight jumps, tuck jumps, baby split jumps.
Intermediates - handstand, cartwheel, pivot turns, big split jumps, baby straddle jump, straight jump 1/4 turn, tuck jump 1/4 turn, half coupe turns, split leap, passe holds.
Advanced -big straddle jumps, walkovers, back handsprings, back tucks, front tucks, full turns or more, layout-stepout, aerial, jumps with 1/2 turns or more, switch leaps, leap with 1/4 turn or more.
Vault (mat stack with tumbletrak)
Beginners - hurdle to two foot jump, jump ups, fall flats
Intermediates - run to hurdle to handstand fall flat,
Advanced - front handspring, round off, and back handspring entries
Trampoline - (You provide, weather permitting)
Beginner - Straight jumps, tuck jumps, straddle jumps, split jumps, seat drops, forward rolls, backward rolls
Intermediate - Front handsprings, Front tucks,
