Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy


Single Session Option

  • Schedule only one time slot.
  • Scheduling multiple sessions without canceling previous ones will result in cancellation of all attempts except the first.
  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your full payment.
  • Include your receipt’s Transaction ID number in all submissions, found in the email titled "Welcome to University Preparations! Your Purchase is Confirmed – Essential Onboarding Information Inside."


Three Session Package Option

  • Schedule two additional sessions after your initial submission.
  • Scheduling more than three sessions without canceling previous ones will result in cancellation of all attempts except the first three.
  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your full payment for that session.
  • The calendar displays availability up to 28 days in advance. For appointments beyond this period, wait for the desired date to appear on the calendar.
  • Include your receipt’s Transaction ID number for all three sessions, as listed in the confirmation email titled "Welcome to University Preparations! Your Purchase is Confirmed – Essential Onboarding Information Inside."


Cancellation and Rescheduling Instructions

  1. Open the email titled "Invitation: University Preparations: 60-Minute Advising Session -"
  2. Click on the link after "Reschedule or cancel:"
  3. Press the red "Cancel" button.
  4. Click the "Click here to book again" button.
  5. Select a new time and confirm via email that your previous session has been canceled.


Important Notes

  • Requests to cancel or reschedule made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a full forfeiture of payment.
  • If an appointment is scheduled by accident within the 24-hour window, email us immediately for case-by-case review.


Scheduling Limitations

  • Appointments can be scheduled only up to 28 days in advance.
  • If all slots are fully booked, you can:
  1. Wait for your desired date to appear on the calendar.
  2. Contact us with your purchase confirmation to request a full refund.
