Expert Repair Consultation
Book a consultation with an expert, be sure to bring your broken or damaged device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, desktop, smart tv, tv box, e-scooter, e-bike, etc) with you along with any accessories it came with from the manufacturer to operate. This can include the charger, power supply, remote or any relevant software, please use your best judgement so you can get the absolute most out of your consultation.
A tech problem could be caused by any number of different reasons. Until the problem is identified, it is difficult to determine the best solution to save you time and money. With our quick system of diagnostics tests, our technicians can pinpoint exactly what needs to be done, how much as well as how long.
Unwired takes great pride in our knowledge of everything IoT and our experts know their stuff, 85% of the time we resolve the problems you may be experiencing with your device within your consultation. Yes, we really take pride in what we do and our experts really know their stuff, all our repairs are done in house and we back everything we do from parts to labor with a guarantee.
The initial cost of this consultation is $50+HST. This includes one-on-one time with an expert technician, diagnostics and troubleshooting on your device and if need be, will also be your main point of contact for your device repair at Unwired. This fee does not cover the cost of any parts or labor that may be required to renew your device to normal operations, it is collected at the start of your consultation and is non-refundable.

Standard Repair Consultation
Book a repair and receive a repair quote by booking this consultation with an expert technician at Unwired. This option is only recommended for clients who are 100% confident they know what's wrong with their device and need an expert to complete the repair of their beloved device with quality parts and a guarantee.
If you are confident you know the cause of your problem, please fill out the questionnaire below to get started with your repair. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the details and provide you with the necessary information and next steps.
The cost of this consultation is free, however we require a $100 deposit to cover the partial cost of any parts required for your repair, balance due upon completion of work. If the total cost of your repair amounts to less than the required deposit amount, the total amount will be required prior to your scheduled consultation.
This is to ensure we have the specific parts required for your device available in store prior to your visit. At Unwired our aim is to minimize your device down-time, in-fact 97% of the devices that are brought in through our standard repair consultation program are renewed same-day!
Please note: If you are unsure of the exact cause of problem your IoT device is experiencing, please book instead our "Expert Repair Consultation" in which you get one-on-one time with an expert who will provide our end to end white glove service for the entirety of your repair.
