After your three sessions, you’re welcome to continue with ongoing coaching if you wish, building on the clarity and momentum you’ve created.
Scheduling: when you book, you’ll schedule your first session. The remaining sessions will be arranged together during your initial appointment, allowing the journey to unfold at a pace that respects your personal rhythm. All three sessions are to be completed within two months to maintain continuity and momentum.
