1-1 yoga and Wellness Sessions

Let’s journey deeper. In these sessions, you’ll release tension and stress from your body while unlocking energetic and emotional blockages that leave you feeling lethargic and on autopilot.
Each session includes movement, meditation, and breathwork. Depending on your goals and needs, we may also incorporate Theta Healing*, journaling, and chanting or mantra.

Theta Healing is a meditation-based technique that works with your brain’s theta brainwave state to identify and transform limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and deep-seated patterns. It helps clear energetic and subconscious obstacles, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual healing—supporting you to create positive change from within.
