PC / Laptop Diagnostics
Book in your Windows based PC or Laptop for diagnostics. Once we have diagnosed your device we will quote for remedial works.
If you decide to go-ahead with any repairs or upgrades the initial £50 diagnostic fee will be deducted from any subsequent labour charge.
Please note if you decide not to proceed with repair and only opt for data recovery (if data is recoverable) we will quote separately however, the diagnostic fee will not be deducted as we are not repairing your Windows device.
Mobile Tablet Devices Diagnostics
Book in your Tablet Android or Apple iPad for diagnostics. Once we have diagnosed your device we will quote for remedial works.
If you decide to go-ahead with any repairs or upgrades the initial £40 diagnostic fee will be deducted from any subsequent labour charge.

Games Console Diagnostics
Book in your Games Console for diagnostics. Once we have diagnosed your device we will quote for remedial works.
If you decide to go-ahead with any repairs or upgrades the initial £30 diagnostic fee will be deducted from any subsequent labour charge.
Games consoles we repair include:
Sony PS4 / PS4 Pro / PS5
Microsoft Xbox One / Series S / Series X
Nintendo Switch / Switch Lite / Switch OLED
We do not repair games controllers.
Please note:
If it's not cost effective to repair your games console due to multiple faults or a non repairable logic board you have the option to leave the device with us for spares and get a refund of the diagnostic fee.
Mobile Phone Diagnostics
Book in your Mobile Phone for diagnostics. Once we have diagnosed your device we will quote for remedial works.
If you decide to go-ahead with any repairs or upgrades the initial £30 diagnostic fee will be deducted from any subsequent labour charge.
Apple Mac Diagnostics
Book in your Apple Mac device for diagnostics. Once we have diagnosed your device we will quote for remedial works.
If you decide to go-ahead with any repairs or upgrades the initial £75 diagnostic fee will be deducted from any subsequent labour charge.
Please note if you decide not to proceed with repair and only opt for data recovery (if data is recoverable) we will quote separately however, the diagnostic fee will not be deducted as we are not repairing your Apple Mac.

Data recovery External Devices / Diagnostics
Book in your External device for Data recovery / diagnostics. Once we have diagnosed your device we will quote for remedial works.
