So many of us in the West are cut off from our ancestral traditions and roots. We have lost the deep knowing and sense of belonging our forebears had. We no longer pass the stories

down the lines, the songs or the lessons. The result is that many of us feel a lack of connection, lack of grounding and anchorage. How can we know where we’re going if we can’t remember where we came from?

This will be a 3-hour workshop aimed at reconnecting participants to their ancestral lines, gaining remembrance, insights and perspective through the process.

Charlotte will introduce the concept of healing with the help of our ancestors and then we will sit together in ceremonial space, using a variety of modalities to remember where we came from-

Your guide

I am an intuitive facilitator, musician and guide, focusing on Sound and Ancestral Reconnection work. I have strong connection to sound, spirit and nature energies and

through creating ceremony, I weave these elements into all my work. I have a background in coaching and hypnotherapy mixed with 15 years of formal music education, resulting in a particular interest in song, vocal empowerment and supporting

women’s self-expression. I have formal training in family constellation and generational trauma release work, am a certified trauma-informed practitioner and am crisis intervention trained. I have an array of workshop holding experience from over 10 years in the corporate sector leading large groups, and from running my own healing offerings and spaces. Above all, this work is about healing, empowerment and courageous authenticity.
