Scotland Trip Planning Workshop Q&A: Tuesday, 26 November 2024, 7-9 pm (UK time)

Price: USD 20 (FREE if you attended all three previous workshops)
The Workshop includes...
- A 90-minute Q&A*: In this 90-minute group session I (Kathi) will answer your questions about travelling to Scotland. Whether you need tips for your specific itinerary, have a practical question (for example about transport, cell phones or dietary requirements) or need advice for what to pack - I'll be here to answer those questions! This session will be held on Zoom.
- Ask your questions in advance: You will have the option to submit your questions in advance of the session. This ensures that I can do a little bit of extra research and provide an even better answer for you. I will also prioritise these questions during the Q&A. If there is time, you can also ask spontaneous questions during the session.
If you participated in my three previous Trip Planning Workshops in October/November 2024, you'll don't have to book this session - I will send you the link to join in advance.
Terms & Conditions
Date & Time:
The Q&A will last approximately 90 minutes, but I ask you to block out two hours in your diary, in case of technical issues.
Q&A Rules:
I will attempt to answer everybody's questions, but may not be able to answer multiple questions per person. You will have the option to submit your questions in advance of the session. This ensures that I can do a little bit of extra research and provide an even better answer for you. I will also prioritise these questions during the Q&A. If there is time, you can also ask spontaneous questions during the session.
The Purpose of this Session:
The purpose of a trip planning workshop with me is purely informational. Watch Me See (Kathi Kamleitner) does no make any booking on the client's behalf and is not liable for any mishaps on their trip. It is the client's responsibility to choose and book the experiences and accommodations they like best.
Payment:
Payment is required in full at the time you book your spot for the Scotland Trip Planning Workshop Q&A.
Group Sessions:
The Q&A is a group session. I ask you to behave considerately towards other participants and allow everybody the chance to ask questions, participate in the discussion and share their comments in a non-judgemental environment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If you find you can no longer attend the workshop in person, do not fret - the Q&A will be recorded and the recording will be made available to participants.
All bookings are final and no refunds are offered if you can't make it to the session in person.
In the unlikely event that I have to cancel either session, I will give you as much notice as possible and re-schedule our session at a suitable time.
Punctuality:
I ask you to be punctual and join the session up to 10 minutes early. We will admit you to the session even if you are late, but if you miss it you will not be entitled to a refund.
Data & Privacy:
The data you provide to Watch Me See will be used to provide information about the Workshop sessions. I will not use or store your information beyond this purpose.
