Fundraiser for Thriving Lives: Nourishment & Breath for All
We are thrilled to partner with Parkdale Food Centre for an inspiring evening of community, healing, and advocacy.
Together, we’re committed to uplifting two essential rights: access to nutritious food and the freedom of authentic expression through breathwork.
Why This Matters
🌱 Food as a Human Right: Parkdale Food Centre works tirelessly to ensure everyone has access to healthy, nutritious food. By supporting this fundraiser, you’ll help bring vital resources to those in need, empowering our community to thrive from the inside out.
🌬️ Expression Through Breath: Breathwork offers a path for self-discovery and inner healing, helping individuals reclaim their voice and connection with their body, spirit, and truth. Through breath, we unlock deeper resilience, clarity, and empowerment.
Event Highlights
- Guided Breathwork with Conches (Robin and Erica): Experience a transformative session to connect with your own breath, unlocking new dimensions of self-expression and healing.
- Education & Advocacy: Anna March will be joining us to share more about the work of the Parkdale Food Centre and the importance of food security as a human right.
- Community Connection: Join a collective space of giving, healing, and solidarity.
Let’s nourish both body and spirit and advocate for a community where everyone has the essentials to truly thrive.
