Shadowplay Sessions Begin November!

Each of us carries parts of ourselves we’ve tucked away — the pieces we reject, fear, or hide. Yet these very parts are often the key to deeper self-love, creativity, and authentic connection.

Our monthly Shadowplay Sessions are an opportunity to gently explore these hidden layers in a safe, supportive, and playful group setting. Together, we’ll lean into:

• Exploration & Discovery — guided practices that help you meet the parts of yourself you’ve been avoiding.

• Authentic Relating — connecting with others in honest, heart-opening ways.

• Well-Held Process Work — trauma-informed facilitation to support you in moving through what arises.

• Playfulness & Connection — because shadow work doesn’t have to be heavy; it can be creative, surprising, and even joyful.

These will be small, intimate groups where you can bring your whole self — messy, radiant, confused, clear — and know that it will all be welcome.

Join Robin and Erica monthly starting in October as we gather for afternoons of depth, laughter, and liberation.

This time of year invites us into the in-between — one world of light, one of shadow.

As autumn fades, the trees release their leaves, and the living world begins its quiet descent into rest. It is the end of a cycle — a turning of the great wheel of life.

The shift from light to dark can be challenging. In our busy, overstimulated lives, it’s easy to resist the call to slow down. Yet our bodies, our immune systems, and our spirits all remind us to pause… to root into stillness.

Across many traditions, November is the month of death — not in a morbid sense, but as a sacred passage. It honors the natural cycle of endings and beginnings, the thinning of the veil between worlds, and the unseen rhythms that guide renewal.

This breathwork ceremony is an invitation to surrender into that rhythm — to honor the darkness as fertile ground for rest, reflection, and rebirth. Through the breath, we remember what it means to slow our pace, to listen inwardly, and to align with the deeper pulse of the season.

Join us in Wakefield as we breathe together — honoring the dying of the light and the promise of the renewal that winter will bring.

Every breath is both a birth and a death. Let us come together to celebrate this sacred rhythm — within us, and all around us.
