  • Awareness Meditation is the red threat during this class, connecting the various techniques, cultivating inner silence
  • Uddiyana Bandha: Discover the power of Bandha, or energy locks, as we explore techniques to channel and direct prana throughout the body. By engaging specific muscle groups, we unlock dormant energy centres, fostering a sense of vitality and well-being.
  • Bastrika: Experience the dynamic breath of Bastrika, a powerful Pranayama technique that invigorates the body and clears the mind. Rhythmic breathing stimulates the nervous system, purifies the lungs, and enhances oxygenation.

By the end of the session, you'll find yourself in a state of deep relaxation, soothed and centred.
