Doors will be open from 1.50pm.

There will also be time at the end for a general chat with other group members, for those who wish to do so.

Please bring everything with you to ensure you will be comfortable (yoga mat to lie on or recliner chair, blankets, pillows etc).

Please also bring a drink of water and a light snack, and a notebook and pen.

This session is for those over the age of 18.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If I have to cancel this session, I will contact you as soon as possible to let you know via the email address you booked with, and a full refund will be given.

If you are not able to attend this session, please let me know as soon as possible by clicking the cancel option within your confirmation email. A refund will not be given, but you can transfer your place to the session the following month (if there is space available).
