Welcome to your Glow and Flow Mini Morning Retreat: Sound Bath & Gua Sha Glow Workshop
A weekend retreat sounds blissful, but with busy schedules and other responsibilities, dedicating an entire weekend isn’t always possible. That’s why we invite you to join us for a deeply nourishing morning retreat - a perfect blend of sound healing and skin care, designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect.
Take a morning just for yourself, and experience the calm and clarity that comes from intentional self-care, all without needing to set aside your whole weekend.

- 10:30 Welcome & Reiki-infused sound bath with Amy

Reiki Infused Sound Bath Experience with Amy
Amy is an experienced Reiki Master, Sound Practitioner, and Life Coach.
She offers a unique and powerful experience that merges the gentle, healing energy of Reiki with the soothing vibrations of sound baths.
This deeply relaxing session is designed to calm your nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore energetic balance.
Gua sha workshop with Suprina
Indulge in a moment of self-care at our Glow and Flow Workshop, where Facialist Suprina will show you simple techniques to boost your glow and melt away tension.
Learn expert techniques to sculpt, soothe, and rejuvenate your skin naturally - glow from the inside out using a Gua Sha.
Relax, and leave with a radiant glow and the tools to continue the ritual at home.
Session Details:
- Location: St Swithun's church hall, Grovelands Rd, Purley CR8 4LB (view on Google Maps)
- Duration: 2.5 hours approx.
- Clothing: Please wear comfortable clothing that you feel relaxed in. For the sound bath section, you may wish to bring layers and warm socks (depending on the weather).
- Equipment: Mats, pillows, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows will be provided for your comfort and to support relaxation. For the sound bath section, feel free to bring additional pillows/ layers of clothing if you feel you will need them.
- Refreshments: Please bring a bottle of water, other light refreshments will be provided.
- Parking: There is free street parking available outside the venue.
- Public transport: If you are arriving by train, the venue is a 14 minute walk from Purley Train station and just a few minutes walk from the nearest bus stop on the Brighton Road.
- Punctuality: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the session is due to begin so that you have time to get settled, use the facilities if needed and start relaxing!
- Please note, there will be no admittance to the venue once the session has started so as not to disturb the other participants.
