In this class, we explore different ancient yogic texts such as “the yoga sutras of Patanjali”, “Hatha yoga Pradipika”, and “the Bhagavad Gita”. Each lesson covers a different subject. This class is dedicated to the yoga of the mind” Raja Yoga” or Royal Yoga. It will give you tools to navigate through your life and to help you reach your final goal; Freedom, Liberation, Long long-lasting happiness.
In this class, we include theory, mantra, pranayama, warm-up asanas, meditation and home practice.
