Welcome. I'm Lainey — a Reiki Master Teacher, Accredited Reiki Treatment Practitioner, and a certified Equine & Animal Reiki Practitioner, based in Ballarat, Victoria.


I help horses feel safe, balanced and deeply cared for — and I help their humans find the energetic language to meet them there. I specialise in supporting traumatised and anxious animals to relax deeply through empowering their guardians to learn how to connect deeply with intention, calm breath and a grounded and centred energy.

Whether your horse is carrying fear from a difficult past, struggling with a new environment,
or simply needs something gentler than what conventional care alone can offer — you are in exactly the right place.


I teach clients Japanese Reiki & Zen techniques for relaxation and stress relief; mindful meditation, Ki breath work to facilitate deep relaxation, healing and harmony between emotional, mental, spiritual and physical bodies.

How Booking Works.


Booking with me is simple, warm and completely pressure-free.
Here is all you need to know:

Step 1 — Start with a free chat (always) Every new client begins with a complimentary 15-minute introductory consultation.

This is simply a relaxed conversation — you tell me about your horse, your animal, or yourself, and I listen properly. You can ask anything. There are no wrong questions and absolutely no obligation to proceed.

Step 2 — Choose your session or package Browse the options below and select what feels right. If you are unsure, the free consultation will help us figure that out together.

For all personally tailored sessions, an invoice can be issued or a private booking link sent.

Step 3 — Book directly below Use the calendar below to choose your date and time. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking via Stripe or PayPal, or by bank transfer prior to your session.

Step 4 — Receive your confirmation You will receive an automatic confirmation email with everything you need — session details, what to prepare, and how to get the most from your time together.


Online and Remote sessions are conducted via clients choice of either phone, or video conferencing on a platform via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
Remote sessions are available Australia-wide and World-wide.

All sessions are subject to Lainey's availability and travel area.
A travel fee per KM applies for on-site sessions outside the radius of City of Ballarat.

Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens and sometimes emergencies happen.
Call or Text Lainey - 0425778292 ASAP if you require to reschedule or postpone your appointment..
Please let us know as soon as possible, as 48-Hour Notice is preferred.
Cancellation fee of $50 or full-fee of session applies for less than 48-Hours notice.

The Cancellation Fee may be waved on compassionate grounds, on a case-by-case basis.
Due to the nature of energy healing and the prior preparation required to all personally tailored appointments; your allocated appointment time and session may be transferred to a DIstance Reiki treatment to honour the agreed energy exchange. (If applicable)
