Yin Yoga Class

Pregnancy Yoga-- Urban Co-Op
Join me for a relaxing hour of pregnancy yoga-- where you will find gentle movement, breathing techniques and tips that will help you prepare for your best birth. Please bring your own mat if you have one, along with a blanket. Please enter the side door of the Urban Co-Op and we are in the Plunkett room.

Sound Bath at the Urban Co-Op
Please bring a yoga mat (or other cushion), a pillow, blanket and anything else to help you stay comfortable in a lying down position. We will be in the room labelled Meitheal.

Yoga for Fertility
A class for women who are trying to conceive, who would like the support of yoga asana, breathwork and visualisation to help them along their journey.
This class is also suitable for those who are looking for overall support with menstrual health.
Reflexology Treatment
50 minute reflexology treatment. Please meet in reception of the Urban Co-Op for your appointment.

Reflexology Facelift
70 minute facial reflexology treatment, including the use of gua sha, jade roller, acu-pen and gentle cupping. Please arrive without makeup on if possible and meet in reception of the Urban Co-Op for your appointment.

Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture (1:1)
Enjoy the benefits of ear acupuncture. This complementary therapy involves the placement of five needles in each ear-- a specific technique called the five point protocol. Prior to your treatment, we will review the points on the ear that will be treated. I will remain in the room with you throughout the treatment and I will ensure you are comfortable and relaxed. All sessions are at the Urban Co-Op and last approximately 45 min.

Sound Therapy Session (1:1)
Enjoy a unique sound therapy experience where therapeutic singing bowls are placed on various parts of the body. This direct contact allows the vibrations to work more effectively and more deeply within the body. Prior to your treatment, we will review where the bowls are placed, which areas you are/are not comfortable with and how I can ensure you have a pleasant, relaxing experience. All sessions are at the Urban Co-Op and last approximately 50 min.

Group Sound Therapy Session (2+ People)
Enjoy a unique sound therapy experience with your friends or work colleagues. Allow the vibrations of therapeutic singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, drums and more to wash over you, promoting deep rest and relaxation.
All supplies are provided so you and your companions don't need to bring a thing. I will ensure you are comfortable so you can all have a pleasant, relaxing experience. All sessions are at the Urban Co-Op. Please meet me in the reception area.
Hot Stone Reflexology Treatment
45 minute reflexology treatment including the use of hot stones. Please meet in reception area of the Urban Co-Op for your appointment.

Indian Head Massage
45 minute Indian Head Massage treatment. Please meet in reception of the Urban Co-Op for your appointment.
Combination Treatment
Personalise your 90 minutes of relaxation with any two treatments. You can do half and half (45 minutes of each or 60 minutes of one treatment and 30 of another. Please select your preferred treatments when booking. Please meet in reception of the Urban Co-Op for your appointment.
