Join me for an hour of yin yoga- a slowly paced type of yoga that focuses on supporting the joints and connective tissue. Please bring your own mat if you have one, along with a blanket. Classes take place at the Ballyneety Innovation Hub (eircode V94 7W13). There is plenty of parking on site.
