Stop Renting and Start Mortgage was created because so many people are paying high rents. We are using our program to increase homeownership in our communities. Our goal is to create 500 homeowners in 2022. We have everything in place to help you with the navigation of the homeownership process.

This strategy session will review your credit, discuss your ownership options, and get you prepared with our specialized team of real estate professions and lending. We have FICO certified professionals that will review your credit with you one on one. The first step to homeownership is making sure your credit is in a great position for a great mortgage interest rate.

We have partnered with an company that provides credit consulting services to our clients. These services are available for clients that are enrolled into the Homeownership Depot Program. Please be advised that your associated fees for those credit services will be $19 to get started and $79 a month and will be payable to the referred company. You must order report here prior to appointment and have available during session time.
