What’s included in the Sacred Cycle Deep Dive:
- 1x 90-minute 1:1 Deep Dive Session where we communicate with your cycle and its different phases, and then discuss how your insights can be integrated into your day-to-day life, along with some ideas and next steps for you (including recording)
- 1x 30-minute After-Care Call after one week, for you to celebrate and be witnessed in your process of integration, and to address any lingering questions you’d like to talk through (including recording)
- Direct Chat Support via Signal/Voxer/WhatsApp/email in between the two sessions, to verbal-process what’s coming up for you and reflect on the shifts and changes unfolding. THIS is a vital and valuable part of the experience, because it helps you anchor your insights from the Deep Dive into daily practical wisdom
- Further resources for you to anchor your insights into your day-to-day life (tailored to your needs)
