Our semi-private classes are offered for you and a friend. We ask that you arrive 15 min early to do a warm-up stretching and strength training circuit. Then you class will start on time and will end in 30 min.
The class is design to training hard with no interruptions. You will work on advance your skills in tumbling , trampoline and air awareness.
