What to Expect in a Zoom Hypnotherapy Session
Your 90-minute Zoom hypnotherapy session is a calm, supportive space just for you—where we focus on your needs, your wellbeing, and what you want to change or improve.
We’ll begin with a consultation and review, where we’ll talk about how things have been going for you, what you’d like help with, and any progress or changes since your last session (if applicable). This time helps us choose the right approach for you on the day.
The session may include one or more of the following therapies, depending on what best suits your needs:
Hypnotherapy – A gentle, relaxing process that guides you into a focused, restful state where your mind is more open to positive change. You remain in control the whole time as we work with your subconscious to release unhelpful patterns and build healthier ones.
IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) – A fast, effective technique that uses simple eye movements to help you shift how you feel about difficult memories or emotional patterns. It’s particularly helpful for anxiety, trauma, and stuck feelings.
Psychosensory Therapy – This approach looks at how your thoughts and emotions may be affecting your body. Through gentle awareness and techniques, we can help ease tension and create a better connection between mind and body.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) – Often called “tapping,” EFT involves gently tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on an emotion or issue. It can quickly reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional discomfort.
Every session is tailored to you—warm, respectful, and at your pace. The goal is to help you feel lighter, more empowered, and more in control of your wellbeing. All from the comfort of your own space, via Zoom.
