Hello! We're excited that you are taking this next step by connecting with us! The Discovery call is typically a 30-minute call that allows us to hear more from you what your needs are and the kind of solution you are looking for your business. After assessing the points discussed in this call, we will reach out with a quote via our Client Portal that outlines the scope of the upcoming project. Within the Client Portal, you will have the ability to ‘Accept’ or ‘Decline’ the quote. Thanks!
Project Architecture
During this time we will work on getting acquainted with the intricacies of your business and will focus on understanding your priorities as well as goals for creating your workspace. On average, a Project Briefing can be between 1–2 hours. If additional time is needed to ensure we capture all details about the project, we will coordinate and schedule a separate session.

Technical Deployement
When the workspace(s) have been completed, we will schedule time to meet with your team for a complete overview of the finished space. We know you’re excited about the workspace handover, and we are here to support that transition and ensure that your team feels comfortable with the new workspace. Remember when booking this session to also ensure that this time works for your team as well, and forward a copy of the invite to sync with their calendar.
Notion Workspace Training
The moment you have been waiting for has finally arrived, your new Notion workspace is here!
Our main goal is to ensure that your team is prepped and ready to fully integrate and adapt the new Notion workspace. In this training, we will walk through how to navigate the workspace from a high level perspective. This session will be recorded (with your permission) and shared with your team.
