This is a 75-minute online session via Zoom.

This is great for people looking to open their voice and own their authentic creative expression.

In this safe container, I will guide you through your somatic and intuitive awareness and use tuning fork frequencies, my singing voice and encourage you to tone and express as you release and transform old wounds and access a deeper remembrance of your lost passions and heart's inner wisdom.

If you feel that is it difficult to share your truth out loud, speak up for yourself or don't feel seen or heard when you speak, I highly recommend this type of session for you. People often feel a physical or energetic block in your throat. I also recommend this session if you have a deep desire to creative authentically and without inhibition from family or societal conditioning.

Please come to the session hydrated and with a clear intention for your Energy Coaching Session. :) Bring a notebook in case you wish to write down your insights.
