Beach sessions to help you to relax and reduce physical tension in your body, AND create more self awareness, and healing through the mindfulness aspect of a slower practice.

- Improve concentration & focus.
- Increase mobility & flexibility for healthier joints, better posture and less stiffness.
Please bring water, a towel/blanket to practice on.
And something warm to wear after the sun goes down.
We meet by the lagoon, which is on the right side of the stage (Batis Tram Stop) I always have a pink mat and yellow bag with me so I'm more visible, but usually a towel/blanket is better for the practice.
So excited to see some old friends and meet some new ones.
