This is a quiet space for breath, Celtic wisdom, and personal tending.
I offer five kinds of 1-2-1 work. Four are rooted in the breath. One is rooted simply in conversation - breath, stone, or essence only ever drawn in if the moment calls for it. Each one meets you where you are.
Comhluadar - Celtic Wisdom in Conversation
For those who need to talk it through, not breathe it through. This is comhluadar, the old word for being kept company properly, by someone who stays with you rather than simply hearing what you say. No fixed goal, no assumption that something's broken.
This can be about anything: a decision you can't make, a marriage that's gone quiet, work that's stopped fitting, a grief that hasn't found its shape yet or it can be about nothing you could put a name to at all. It doesn't need to be spiritual, or Celtic, or big. It only needs to be true.
Breath, stone, or essence may find their way in, if a moment calls for it but the same tradition holds this space even when what's being held is nothing more than an ordinary Tuesday. A first conversation, then ongoing sessions, at whatever rhythm suits you. €33 first conversation. €88 per session.
Anáil Scíthe - The Restful Breath
For the body that needs to stop. A deep rest breathwork session for the nervous system. Nothing asked of you but to arrive.
Anáil Bheo - The Living Breath
For those ready to breathe differently, ready to breathe lighter, slower and deeper, and feel the difference in everyday life. A gentle introduction to functional breathing that touches sleep, energy, calm, and clarity.
Leigheas Dúchais - Celtic Soul Tending
Celtic tending rooted in this land, this language, this wisdom. I don't send energy to you or fix what's broken. I hold space with breath, blessing, silence, and presence while your own life force remembers its way home. A minimum of three sessions.
Faoiseamh na Scoile - The School's Relief
A three-session pathway made especially for teachers and all school staff, those still in the classroom, those stepping gently away, and those quietly wondering what comes next. We begin with An Anam Féin - The Soul Herself, a session that exists only within this offering. Three sessions. €147.
