Each solution below begins with a free Clarity Call: a 20-minute working conversation (30 minutes for the general session) designed to confirm fit, answer your questions about scope and timing, and agree on a start date if it's the right engagement. There's no obligation to proceed after the call.

How to choose the right session
Select the session that matches your most urgent problem:
  • Retention Reset — if you're losing people faster than you'd like, burnout is affecting performance, or you don't have a clear picture of why your attrition is happening.
  • AI Pace — if your team is using AI inconsistently, you have no usage policy, or you're not sure what practical AI adoption should look like for your organization.
  • Change Catalyst — if your organization is preparing for a significant change (a restructuring, a leadership transition, a system overhaul, a cultural shift) or the change is already underway and isn't landing the way it was planned.
  • Revenue Unlock — if cash is arriving more slowly than it should, revenue is stuck in collections or AR, or there are commercial opportunities in your existing business you haven't had time to address.

What happens after you book
Once you select a session and confirm your time:
  1. Your session is confirmed. You’ll receive a calendar invitation and email.
  2. On the call, we confirm fit, answer your questions, and — if it's the right engagement — agree on scope and start date.
  3. If you'd like to proceed, a 50% deposit books your start date. Kickoff is typically within 5 business days.
