We’ll reach out to you via WhatsApp or a call to confirm the successful booking and to ensure the session is tailored to meet your needs and goals.
What’s Included
- Pre-Production Planning: We’ll collaborate with you to understand your objectives, develop a shot list, craft interview questions, and prepare your interviewee(s) for a successful shoot.
- Professional Filming: We provide high-quality cameras, teleprompter support, lighting, and audio equipment to guarantee your interviews look and sound top-notch.
- Editing & Post-Production: Our skilled editors will cut and refine your video, adding professional graphics, subtitles, and branding to ensure a polished final product.
- Delivery in Multiple Formats: Your video will be optimised for use on the web, social media, and presentations.
- Video Thumbnail: A custom video thumbnail to make your content stand out.
- 3-5 Minute Final Edited Video: A concise, impactful video to achieve your business objectives.
- Up to 3 Rounds of Revisions: We want you to be 100% happy with the final product.
Your Part
To make the most of your session, here’s what we’ll need from you:
- Be ready to share your story: We’ll work with you on the message you want to convey.
- Provide any key branding elements: This includes logos, fonts, and brand guidelines that should be reflected in the video.
What’s Not Included
- Special location permits (if required).
- Wardrobe, props, and hair & make up
- Advanced video edits or motion graphics beyond standard touch-ups may require an additional fee
What to expect
During the session, you’ll be guided throughout the process to make sure you’re comfortable and confident. Here’s what you can expect:
- Professional Direction: Our team will guide interviewees on how to deliver messages clearly and naturally. We’ll ensure every take feels authentic and compelling.
- Variety of Shots: We’ll capture talking head interviews, B-roll footage, and additional shots to complement the interview material.
- Seamless Process: From script support to post-production edits, we handle the details so you can focus on sharing your story.
Your Final Images
After the session, we’ll begin editing the footage to create a 3-5 minute video that achieves your communication goals. Our post-production process includes:
- Graphics and Branding: Customised on-brand graphics that align with your company’s visual identity.
- Subtitles: Clear, accurate subtitles for improved accessibility and engagement.
- Revisions: Up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure you’re happy with the final cut.
Once everything’s ready, you’ll receive your high-resolution video files optimised for web, social media, and presentations. Delivery is typically within 2-3 weeks after the shoot.
Our Promise to You

Fee
To secure your session, your payment is required. After selecting your slot, you will be prompted to make payment through PayPal.
- Payment: Customers will be charged upon initiation of booking but it does not mean that the booking has been confirmed.
- Confirmation: Once your booking has been approved by us, you will be informed via email and our representative will reach out to you via WhatsApp.
- Refund Policy: If your booking is cancelled by us, your payment will be wholly refunded within 3 days via PayNow or Giro. If you cancel or reschedule a media production service, the following terms apply:
- Before 24 Hours of Service: You will receive a full refund minus a 3.9% PayPal processing fee, if booked through TidyCal, and other fees for production related expenses such as, but not limited to, equipment rental, studio rental, transportation fees, entry fees, studio rental, and other fees incurred in relation to the production.
- Within 24 Hours of Service and during the service: The fee for production will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
We encourage clients to reschedule services early and reschedule instead of cancelling to avoid the loss of the PayPal processing fee and fees induced in relation to the production. Refund terms may also be subject to the specific terms outlined in your invoice.
