Our event photography captures stories, candid emotions, vibrant details, and the essence of your corporate occasion.

Upon a Successful Booking
We’ll reach out to you via WhatsApp or a call to confirm your booking and discuss your event details to ensure we capture everything you envision.
What’s Included
- Experienced Professional Photographer: Skilled in event coverage to ensure no moment is missed.
- Professional Equipment: Lighting and cameras for stunning, crisp shots.
- Candid and Posed Shots: A mix of natural moments and group photos as requested.
- Professional Editing: Digital touch-ups to make your photos shine.
- High-Resolution Final Photos: Perfect for sharing or printing.
Your Role
Here’s how you can help us make the most of your session:
- Share your event schedule or key moments you want to prioritise.
- Let us know about any specific requests or must-have shots.
- Ensure that we have access to the venue at the agreed time.
Fee
To confirm your booking, payment is required.
- Payment Process: No charges will be made until your booking is approved. Once approved, we’ll initiate the payment process, and you’ll be prompted to make the payment.
- Refund Policy: If your booking is unsuccessful or cancelled by us, payments will be refunded within 3 business days via PayNow or Giro.
- Cancellation Policy: The fee will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the session or during the session itself. Prior to 24 hours before the booking, cancellation will be charged at 3.9% of booking fee due to PayPal processing fees.
What’s Not Included
- Venue or access fees (if applicable).
- Extensive photo manipulations beyond standard professional editing.
- Additional time beyond the agreed session duration.

During the session, our photographer will ensure seamless coverage to capture your event’s energy and essence:
- Candid Moments: Spontaneous shots that capture the emotions and interactions at your event.
- Group and Detail Shots: Posed group photos and close-ups of key details like decorations, food, or event highlights.
- Professional Guidance: We’ll work with you to ensure key moments and groups are covered efficiently.
After the event, the best photos will undergo professional editing, which includes:
- Enhancements to lighting, colour, and clarity.
- Optional touch-ups if needed.
- Final polishing for a high-quality finish.
Your Final Photos
Your edited photos will be delivered as high-resolution digital copies. Expect to receive your final images within 3 days after the event.
