Whether it’s a corporate gathering or a grand celebration, we’re here to ensure every important moment is beautifully preserved. Our event videography captures the energy, emotions, and vibrant details that bring your corporate occasion to life.

Upon a Successful Booking
We’ll reach out to you via WhatsApp or a call to confirm your booking and discuss your event details, ensuring we align with your vision and expectations.
What’s Included
- Experienced Professional Videographer: Skilled in event coverage to capture every significant moment seamlessly.
- Professional Equipment: High-quality cameras, microphones, and stabilisers for stunning, cinematic footage.
- Highlight Reel and Key Shots: A mix of candid moments and planned sequences to tell your event’s story.
- Professional Editing: Video editing with enhancements for smooth transitions, music overlays, and polish.
- High-Resolution Video Delivery: Perfect for sharing online or showcasing on a large screen.
Your Role
Here’s how you can help us maximise your session:
- Share your event schedule or highlight moments you want prioritised.
- Let us know about any specific requests or must-have shots.
- Ensure we have access to the venue at the agreed time.
Fee
To confirm your booking, payment is required.
- Payment Process: No charges will be made until your booking is approved. Once approved, we’ll initiate the payment process, and you’ll be prompted to make the payment.
- Refund Policy: If your booking is unsuccessful or cancelled by us, the full payment will be refunded within 3 business days via PayNow or Giro.
- Cancellation Policy: The fee will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the session or during the session itself. Prior to 24 hours before the booking, cancellation will be charged at 3.9% of booking fee due to PayPal processing fees.
What’s Not Included
- Venue or access fees (if applicable).
- Extensive post-production effects or custom animations beyond standard editing.
- Additional time beyond the agreed session duration.

During the session, our videographer will work seamlessly to document the energy and essence of your event:
- Candid Shots and Emotional Moments: Spontaneous clips capturing interactions, emotions, and the flow of your event.
- Key Highlights and Details: Posed group shots, speeches, decor, and other important moments.
- Professional Guidance: We’ll collaborate with you to ensure all key moments and groups are filmed efficiently.
After the event, the best footage will undergo professional editing, which includes:
- Enhancements to audio, lighting, and colour.
- Optional touch-ups for a polished, cinematic feel.
- Creation of a highlight reel and/or extended video based on your preferences.
Your Final Video
Your professionally edited video will be delivered as a high-resolution digital file. Expect to receive your final video within 3 days after the event.
